3-ingredient roasted pepper fruit breads

For a hassle-free picnic or lunch on the go, these speedy sweet-and-savoury breads are the perfect solution. Simply slather creamy cheese and colourful roasted peppers on to fruited bread for a vegetarian snack in no time. There’s a handy ingredients list at the bottom of the page for everything you need.

  1. Spread

    Spread 150g 50% less fat soft cheese over 4 slices of fruit loaf.

  2. Add peppers

    Scoop out the peppers from a 285g jar roasted peppers antipasti, reserving the oil. Lay over the soft cheese.

    Drizzle a little of the reserved pepper oil over the top, if you like.

  4. Serve

    Serve whole or cut into halves or quarters for more dainty nibbles.
