Hugo spritz
The Italian Hugo spritz is your go-to summer drink – floral and aromatic, it's bursting with fresh, fragrant flavours. Topped up with prosecco and soda water, it's a lovely refreshing cocktail.
- Muddle the fresh mint leaves in a pestle and mortar or cocktail shaker until gently crushed. Add the elderflower cordial and mix, then strain through a fine sieve between 2 wine glasses.
- Add crushed ice, then add 150ml prosecco to each glass. Top up each drink with 100ml soda water and garnish each with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
