  • 1 x 480ml tub chocolate brownie ice cream
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 8-12 mini chocolate brownie bites, roughly chopped
  • 150g (5oz) raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
  • spray cream

Method
