There's nothing that hits the spot quite like a quick and easy dessert, and these honey-glazed peaches are just that. Barbecued until crisp, warm and caramelised, this is a dessert has sunshine written all over it. See method

Preheat the barbecue to medium-low. In a small pan, warm 2 tbsp clear honey with a small pinch of salt. Halve and destone 4 ripe peaches, then brush all over with the honey.
Barbecue for 3-4 mins each side until charred and softening. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and an extra drizzle of honey, if you like.
