Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, destoned
  • 2 tbsp clear honey
  • Vanilla ice cream

Method

  1. Preheat the barbecue to medium-low. In a small pan, warm 2 tbsp clear honey with a small pinch of salt. Halve and destone 4 ripe peaches, then brush all over with the honey.

  2. Barbecue for 3-4 mins each side until charred and softening. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and an extra drizzle of honey, if you like.
