With a salted caramel and chocolate sauce for dipping, the traditional fondue has been given a sweet twist in this deliciously indulgent dessert. A simple treat that can even be made over a campfire!

Put the chocolate, milk and caramel dessert sauce into a small saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally. Once the chocolate has melted, stir continuously until thick and glossy. Add the salt to taste. Keep warm.

Lightly toast the brioche on the camping stove grill or barbecue, then cut each half into 3. Serve the warm fondue with the brioche and fruit for dipping.
