Have a go at these easy Halloween treats with our simple three-ingredient recipe. With just pears, white and dark chocolate chips you can rustle up these spooky Halloween pear ghost pops – a fruity lolly the kids will love.
Melt 100g white chocolate chips in a bowl placed over a pan of barely simmering water, ensuring that the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Stir occasionally until smooth, then remove from the heat.
Cut 2 small, ripe Conference pears in half and insert a wooden lolly stick into each base. Cover the pears with the melted white chocolate in an even layer, then set aside on a tray lined with baking paper.
Decorate with dark chocolate chips to form the ghost eyes and mouth. Chill in the fridge until set.
