Heat oven to Gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C, 400F. Place the naan bread on a baking tray.
In a bowl mix together the ketchup, sweet chilli and mustard. Spread the sauce over the Naan Bread.
Arrange the tomato over the top of the sauce, scatter over the spring onion and red pepper. Top with a scattering of grated cheese. Bake for 8 minutes until golden.
Tip: Add cooked chicken, ham, beef or pork, if you like.
This meal is brilliant for students. The Naan comes in a two pack so you get up to four servings for about £1 all in. Also you can freeze the bread and defrost individually, so there’s no waste.
