Fresh, flavour-packed fusion cooking

Demi Singh, aka @DemthePesc, is an experimental chef who uses fresh, vibrant flavours in her cooking. Inspired by her Jamaican-Indian heritage and London’s vibrant food scene, she blends traditional flavours with unexpected twists to create exciting fusion dishes. Her debut self-published cookbook, Crisp (2022), became a bestseller in the vegan and vegetarian category, and in 2024 she hosted her own live cooking demo at Le Cordon Bleu in Florence, Italy, as part of the Fuori di Taste Food Festival.

Demi launched the DemRecipes app in Autumn 2024, featuring innovative meat-free recipes, expert cooking tips, and meal inspiration designed for modern home cooks.

Demi has created a delicious and healthy loaded sweet potatoes dish for us, as well as an indulgent-tasting yet nutritious parmigiana.
