Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C and line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper muffin cases. Sieve the flour, cocoa and baking powder into a large bowl, then add the sugar, raisins and about two thirds of the chocolate.
Put the eggs in a large jug and lightly beat, then add the milk and Flora Cuisine. Make a well in the dry mixture, then add the egg and mix to combine.
Spoon the mixture into the cases and sprinkle with the remaining chopped chocolate. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes, then leave to cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Dust with icing sugar before serving, if you like.
