Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 150ml Martini Vibrante
  • few handfuls ice cubes
  • 200ml tonic water
  • lemon & orange slices, to serve

Method

  1. Rub the inside of two tall glasses with the rosemary sprigs, and pop one in each glass.
  2. To make the bay syrup, mix together the bay leaves, caster sugar and 1 tbsp water in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  3. In a jug or cocktail shaker, mix together the Martini Vibrante, bay syrup and ice cubes together. Divide the mixture between the two glasses and top with tonic water. Serve with lemon and orange slices in the glass, along with the bay and rosemary leaves.
