Citrus and bay spritz recipe
Make up a this zesty, fresh non-alcoholic aperitivo with your pre-dinner nibbles and recreate that holiday feeling at home. Citrus fruits, fresh bay leaves muddled with Martini Vibrante and a splash of tonic make this the perfect low and no drink option for summer. See method

- Rub the inside of two tall glasses with the rosemary sprigs, and pop one in each glass.
- To make the bay syrup, mix together the bay leaves, caster sugar and 1 tbsp water in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- In a jug or cocktail shaker, mix together the Martini Vibrante, bay syrup and ice cubes together. Divide the mixture between the two glasses and top with tonic water. Serve with lemon and orange slices in the glass, along with the bay and rosemary leaves.
