Ingredients

  • 100g pack goji berries
  • 100g flaxseeds
  • 100g toasted 3-seed mix
  • 100g pack blanched almonds
  • 100g pack chia seeds

Method

  1. Put the goji berries, flaxseeds, toasted 3-seed mix, blanched almonds and chia seeds in a blender and blitz until finely milled.
  2. Store in a sterilised* airtight container for up to 3 weeks.

*To sterilise glass jars, wash in hot, soapy water and rinse well. Dry in the oven for 15-20 mins at gas 1, 140°C, fan 120°C until hot and completely dry. Boil metal lids and rubber seals for 10 mins, then leave to dry.
