Infuse the taste of India with this succulent spicy Indian burger that's bursting full of fragrant herbs and spices. This fusion burger features authentic curry paste, spicy chilli flakes and a tangy mango chutney.
In a large bowl, mix the mince, curry paste, coriander and chilli flakes (if using). Divide into 6 balls and press firmly to make burgers about 1·5cm (3/4in) thick. Put 2 of the burgers in the freezer to save for another time.
Heat a griddle or frying pan over a high heat and cook the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they’re done to your liking.
Toast the cut side of the buns, top each with a burger, then add a spoonful of mango chutney, some slices of onion and tomato and the lettuce leaves.
