Take 8 small skewers. Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of turkey.(If using wooden skewers, soak in water for about 20 mins beforehand; this will stop them burning.) Thread 2 pieces of bacon-wrapped turkey onto each skewer, alternating with the veg.
Mix together the honey, mustard, oil and rosemary (if using). Brush a little onto each kebab.
Line a grill pan with foil and grill the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and cooked through with no pink showing. Serve with rice, plus some lemon for squeezing.
