Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a high heat. Add the peppers, onion, black beans, garlic and Schwartz Cajun Seasoning and fry for 6-8 mins, tossing occasionally, until piping hot and starting to soften.
Meanwhile, mash the avocado, lime zest and juice together until it forms a rough paste. Season with black pepper to taste.
Warm the tortilla wraps and fill with the little gem, spicy vegetables, smashed avocado, salsa and a sprinkle of vegan cheese.
