  • 1 Hearty Food Co. garlic baguette
  • 3 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 75g Brie, sliced

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Place the baguette on an oven tray, then use a butter knife to gently open the cuts, making sure not to cut all the way through.
  2. Use the same knife to gently spread the cranberry sauce in between each slit. Then, place a slice of Brie in between each slit. You may need to use your fingers to pry the cuts apart.
  3. Put the baguette into the oven for 10-15 mins until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
