The ideal afternoon bite, these energy-boosting protein balls are crammed with nutritious pecans, dates, chia seeds and sesame seeds, and flavoured with tahini, honey and cinnamon. Taking just 12 minutes to prepare, there's no better way to fight the afternoon slump!
- Melt the coconut oil over a low heat. Remove from the heat and add the tahini and honey.
- Mix the remaining ingredients with the coconut oil mixture.
- Place in the fridge for 30 mins, or until firm.
- Use your hands to roll into 8, walnut-sized protein balls. Store in the fridge.
