Ingredients

  • 20ml coconut oil
  • 30g tahini
  • 25g honey
  • 30g pecans, finely chopped
  • 20g dates, finely chopped
  • 70g almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 30g sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method

  1. Melt the coconut oil over a low heat. Remove from the heat and add the tahini and honey.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients with the coconut oil mixture.
  3. Place in the fridge for 30 mins, or until firm.
  4. Use your hands to roll into 8, walnut-sized protein balls. Store in the fridge.
