Heat the grill to hot.
Whisk together the olive oil and honey. Thread the cubes of tofu onto skewers, fitting 4 to each brochette and brush with the olive oil and honey and season well. Coat the tofu cubes in the sesame seeds so that they are covered evenly.
Grill for 6-8 minutes until golden brown on the outside. Arrange the spinach on serving plates. Place the tofu brochettes on top of the spinach and serve immediately.
