Masala spiced beef cheeks with fiery madras sauce and crispy onion sprinkle

These tender beef cheeks have been marinated in a layered masala spice blend, and served with a fiery, complex madras sauce and fragrant crispy onion sprinkle for a delicious meal at home with a kick.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
Tesco Finest Chef’s Collection Masala Spiced Beef Cheeks
charred cauliflower, to serve (optional)
pilau rice, to serve (optional)
naan breads, to serve (optional)

Method:

1. Preheat oven 200°C, fan 180°C, gas 7.

2. Decant the meat and juices from the pouch into the foil tray provided.

3. Open the two madras sauce sachets and pour over the beef cheeks. Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes in a pre-heated oven.

4. Remove from the oven, remove the foil, and turn the cheeks over to recoat in the sauce. Cook for a further 25 minutes.

5. To plate, spoon the beef cheeks and sauce onto the plate. Sprinkle over the onion sprinkle to serve.
