A popular salad leaf with a distinctive peppery flavour, delicious added to
salad recipes, but also used to make soups or rocket pesto. Is it also delicious served as an accompaniment with
pasta recipes. Known as ‘arugula' in the US, it is available all year round. Keep it in the fridge; once bags of rocket have been opened the leaves will only last a day or so.
