- 1 plain Laffa-style flatbread
- 2 tbsp dukkah
- 60g cream cheese

Method
- Preheat the grill on high. Grill the flatbread for 1 min until lightly golden and toasted. Cut into 12 triangles that are about 5x5x5cm.
- Spoon a little cream cheese onto each triangle and smooth down with the back of a teaspoon. Sprinkle with dukkah and repeat until you’ve used all the ingredients.
- Serve immediately on a platter or chill in the fridge for up to 1 hr.
