  • 150g blackberries, halved
  • 1 tbsp demerara sugar
  • 1 tbsp Tesco Finest Crème de Cassis
  • 100ml double cream
  • 4 Tesco Finest All Butter Scones, halved

Method

  1. Toss the blackberries with the sugar and set aside.
  2. Stir the cassis into the double cream and whip until soft peaks form.
  3. Layer the scones with the cassis cream and blackberries to serve.
