Loaded with Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika and tomato ketchup, this is not your average BBQ sauce. Not only does it work as deliciously as a marinade as it does a condiment, but it takes just 10 minutes to make, making it the perfect way to give your meals instant flavour this summer.

  1. In a small saucepan, stir all the ingredients together until combined.
  2. Bubble briskly for 6-8 minutes, until reduced to a thick consistency. Cool before serving.

Tip: The sauce will keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.
