Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 300g cooked beetroot
  • 50g feta
  • Handful of chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 20g chopped hazelnuts

Method

  1. Toast the cumin seeds in a pan over a medium heat for 1-2 mins.
  2. Blitz the seeds, beetroot and feta in a food processor, until chunky or smooth, depending on your preference. Season.
  3. Spoon into a bowl and top with chopped flat-leaf parsley and chopped hazelnuts.
