If you love a gin and tonic, you'll adore this fruity gin cocktail recipe. Bramble jelly, lemon, juniper and basil add plenty of flavour to a classic G&T for a fabulous summer thirst-quencher.

  1. Vigorously shake the bramble jelly, gin and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker until the jam has broken down and the ingredients are combined.

  2. Fill 2 tumblers with ice and divide the gin mix between them. Top up both with tonic water, then garnish each with 4 juniper berries, a few basil leaves and a twist of lemon zest.

Tip: No cocktail shaker? Use a clean jam jar with a tightly fitting lid instead.
