Ingredients

  • 50ml dark rum
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tsp Tesco Finest salted caramel sauce
  • Ground nutmeg
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 440ml apple cider
  • 2 scoops Tesco Finest salted caramel ice cream

To garnish

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Method

  1. Add dark rum, lemon juice, Tesco Finest salted caramel sauce and a pinch each of ground nutmeg and ground cinnamon to 2 highball glasses.
  2. Divide chilled apple cider between them, leaving a little space at the top. 
  3. Add Tesco Finest salted caramel ice cream to each, then drizzle each with caramel sauce.
  4. Top with a cinnamon stick, and a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon.
