Make this super salad to experience the nutty flavour of celeriac perfectly complemented by juicy apple and rounded off with a rich buttermilk dressing.
Put all the dressing ingredients in a lidded jar. Season and shake well.
Put all the salad ingredients except the prosciutto, sourdough bread and walnuts into a large bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Divide between 4 plates, divide the prosciutto, sourdough cubes and walnuts between them equally, and stir through.
