Ingredients

  • 200g Brie
  • 24 oatcakes
  • 6 figs
  • 2 thyme sprigs, snipped into 24
  • 75g red onion chutney
If you don't have red onions, try using white, brown or spring onions

Method

  1. Slice the Brie into 24 small pieces and put on a serving platter with 24 oatcakes.
  2. Cut the figs into 4 slices each and add to the platter with thyme sprigs. Put red onion chutney in a bowl.
  3. To assemble, top each oatcake with a piece of Brie, a dollop of chutney, a fig slice and a little thyme.
