  • 100g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 50g frozen peas
  • 160g fresh potato gnocchi
  • 40g 50% lighter garlic & herb soft cheese

Method

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the broccoli and cook for 8 mins, adding the frozen peas and gnocchi for the last 2-3 mins. Drain, reserving 1 tbsp water, then stir in the soft cheese, adding a splash of reserved water if needed, to serve.
