Ingredients

  • 200g rolled porridge oats
  • 400ml oat milk
  • few drops of almond extract
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 200g pack cherries, stoned and halved
  • 100g dairy-free vanilla soya yogurt
  • 2 tbsp toasted flaked almonds

Method

  1. Put the oats in a non-metallic container, pour over the milk, add the almond extract and honey, and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. When ready to serve, divide half the oats between 4 glasses. Top with half the cherries, then repeat with a layer of oats. Spoon the yogurt over the oats and finish with a final layer of cherries and the flaked almonds.

Tip: The oats can be soaked in the oat milk for up to 48-hours in advance.
