Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 1 large sweetheart cabbage, halved, cored and thinly shredded

Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok or frying pan over a high heat, add the chilli and garlic and fry for 10 secs.
  2. Stir in the cabbage. Add 2 tbsp water, season and stir-fry for 4-5 mins until the cabbage is tender.
