Cosy up with a warming cinnamon bun latte. This sweet bun-inspired coffee is topped with cinnamon-flavoured cream, it's the perfect autumn mugful. See method
of the reference intake Carbohydrate 16.5g Protein 9.9g Fibre 0.5g
1. Put the espresso powder, 2 tsp sugar and ½ tsp cinnamon in a heatproof jug. Pour over 150ml hot water, then split between 2 latte glasses. Pour over the warm milk.
2. Whip the cream to soft peaks. Put the remaining sugar and a large pinch of cinnamon in a small bowl and mix with enough hot water to make a loose paste. Swirl most of it through the cream, then dollop it over the coffee and allow it to melt into the hot drink. Swirl the remaining cinnamon paste through the top of the coffee to serve.
