A fresh, quick dinner recipe perfect for the summer - this crab, chilli, and leek linguine is spicy, sweet and luxurious thanks to the addition of tinned white crab meat. A healthy option that's full of protein, try it tonight with just a few simple ingredients.

  1. Put the pasta into a pan of boiling water and cook following the packet instructions. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan and add the leek and chilli. Fry gently for 5 mins, making sure the leek doesn't brown. Add the crab meat and lemon zest, then a little of the juice, to taste.
  3. Take off the heat, season, and stir the crab mixture through the pasta.
