Ingredients

  • 300g Grower’s Harvest long-grain rice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 365g pack Willow Farms diced chicken breast
  • 1 Redmere Farms brown onion, cut into chunks
  • 1½ Nightingale Farms peppers, deseeded and cut into chunks
  • 440g jar Hearty Food Co Sweet and Sour sauce

Method

  1. Cook the rice to pack instructions. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 mins, until it starts to turn golden.
  2. Add the onion and peppers and stir-fry for 5 mins, or until the vegetables are soft.
  3. Pour over the sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Top up with a little water if needed. Serve over the rice.
