A beer cocktail with a kick of rum and lashings of Canada Dry Ginger Ale – just the thing for thirsty rugby fans.
Divide the rum between 4 hi-ball glasses, add a dash of lime juice and stir.
Add a handful of ice cubes into each glass, then fill two-thirds of the glass with beer. Top up with ginger ale, stir and decorate with lime quarters. Serve immediately.
