  • 3 small scoops [140g] Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice-cream
  • 50ml Irish cream liqueur
  • 50ml low-calorie ginger ale
  • Dairy spray cream, to serve
  • 1 cocktail cherry (optional)
  • 1 crushed Humbug sweet (or 10g crushed candy canes), optional, to decorate

Method

  1. Put the scoops of Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream into a tall glass.
  2. Pour over the Irish cream liqueur then the ginger ale. Top with the dairy spray cream, a cocktail cherry, then scatter with the crushed Humbug or candy canes, if using.
