In a small bowl mix the oil, spice powder, garlic and coriander. Rub over the lamb steaks and leave in the fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Pre heat the BBQ to medium hot, grill the lamb steaks for 4 minutes on each side for medium or to your liking. Leave to rest for 10 minutes, sprinkle with more coriander. Serve with couscous and yogurt.
