Ingredients
- 1 pack 6 batch rolls
- 6 tsp Tesco Finest Christmas chutney
- 250g leftover turkey, or you could use ham
- 120g leftover stuffing
- 60g Cheddar, or any hard cheese, grated
- 50g grated mozzarella (optional)
- 1 garlic clove, grated or crushed
- 5g flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 50g butter, melted
If you don't have any Cheddar, try using another hard cheese

Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 4, 180°C, fan 160°C.
- Cut the rolls in half, trying to keep them attached as a 6, then place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread the chutney evenly over, then top with the turkey, crumble over the stuffing then top with the Cheddar and mozzarella (if using). Add the bun lids.
- Mix the crushed garlic and parsley into the melted butter, then brush over the top of the buns.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 mins or until golden and crispy. Brush with any remaining garlic butter.
- Serve with leftover warmed gravy or extra chutney on the side.
Tip: Cranberry sauce or any chutney for cheese will work in these.
