  • 4 tbsp lemon juice, plus 2 twists of peel to garnish
  • 1 pack sherbet
  • handful ice cubes
  • 100ml Smirnoff Raspberry Crush Vodka
  • 50ml vermouth
  • 2 raspberries

Method

  1. Wet the rim of 2 martini glasses with the cut side of a lemon, then pour the sherbet onto a plate and press the rim of each glass into the sherbet.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the vodka, lemon juice and vermouth. Shake well and strain into the prepared glasses. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a raspberry.
