Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • pulp from 3 ripe passion fruit, plus 1 extra, halved for garnish
  • 100ml Absolut vanilia vodka
  • 50ml sugar syrup
  • 75ml pineapple juice
  • 1 satsuma, juiced
  • 2 basil leaves (optional)

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the passion fruit pulp and all remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously for 1 min and strain into 2 martini glasses.
