Roast lamb wouldn't be complete without a generous spoonful of fragrant mint sauce. This easy recipe uses just three ingredients and is ready in 10 minutes.

  1. Place the mint leaves in a bowl with the vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir in the hot water until fully combined.
  3. Leave to steep for at least 10 mins before serving.
