Ingredients

  • 300g frozen peas
  • 100g curly kale
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 30g wholemeal breadcrumbs
  • 75g stilton, crumbled
If you don't have any spring onions, try using white onions or leeks and adjust the amount accordingly

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Add the peas to a pan of salted boiling water and cook for 4 mins. Stir in the curly kale, then drain immediately. Put in a baking dish with the spring onions. 
  2. Mix the fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs with the crumbled Stilton and scatter over the top. Grill for 4-5 mins, until golden.
