Preheat oven to Gas 6, 200ºC,400ºF. Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Place in a roasting tin with onion. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with chilli powder and Everyday Value pepper, and roast for 15 minutes.
Core the apples and cut into rings. Place 4 pork chops in a separate tin with apple slices on top. Brush with oil and roast for 25 mins or cooked through. Serve with mixed vegetables.
