Ingredients

  • 3 finely sliced red onions
  • 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • pinch of salt
  • 5g chopped fresh dill
If you don't have red onions, try using white, brown or spring onions

Method

  1. Put 3 fnely sliced red onions in a bowl. Add 4 tbsp red wine vinegar and a pinch of salt. Scrunch together with your hands until the onions have softened and the salt has dissolved.
  2. Set aside for at least 15 mins (or up to 24 hrs). Add 5g chopped fresh dill just before serving.
