Bursting full of brightly coloured stone fruits and punchy ginger, you'll love this light and vibrant fruit slaw - it's the perfect side dish to a summer barbecue or an outdoor picnic.
Slice the fruits into thin wedges and the cabbage into thin strands and combine in a bowl. Mix in the ginger, spring onions and garlic and drizzle over the vinegar. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes before serving to soften the fruit and cabbage in the vinegar.
