Zesty orange brings refreshing flavour to this crunchy, colourful slaw, while yogurt adds a delicate creaminess. This wonderfully simple side will look and taste great at any summer party or barbecue. 

  1. Combine the mustard, orange zest and juice, yogurt, oil and basil in a large bowl. Season well. 
  2. Add the veg and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or for up to 24 hours to allow the flavours to infuse. Toss again before serving.
