Corn on the cob gets a surprisingly fiery makeover in this delicious recipe. Sure to impress your guests at your next barbecue blowout, crunchy cobs are tossed in aromatic soy sauce and served with a fierce wasabi butter. 

  1. In a bowl, mash the butter, wasabi, lemon juice and a good grind of fresh black pepper until smooth. Chill until needed.
  2. Toss the cobs in the soy sauce and cook for 15 minutes on a griddle pan or barbecue, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. Serve with the wasabi butter, to melt over.
