Ingredients

  • 100g caster sugar
  • ice cubes
  • 120ml Wildcat Vanilla Flavoured Vodka
  • 60ml coffee liqueur
  • 50ml freshly brewed coffee, cooled
  • 6 espresso beans, to garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Place the sugar in a small saucepan. Add 50ml water and bring to the boil. Boil for 1 min then remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  2. Once the sugar syrup is completely cool, half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1 tbsp of the sugar syrup, the vodka, coffee liqueur and coffee. Shake for 20-30 seconds.
  3. Strain into two martini glasses. Garnish each drink with 3 espresso beans, if using.
