How to make mincemeat

We've taken a classic mincemeat base and added juicy fresh pears, fiery crystallised ginger and plenty of fruity PX sherry for a festive filling that's bursting with flavour. Spoon into jars to give as a Christmas edible gift, or use it in one of our recipes.
