Cheesy chips are great, but chips and a whole melting Camembert? Even better. Whilst your chips are cooking, place a whole Camembert in a small roasting tin to bake until melted and oozing. For extra flavour, make a few slits in the top of the cheese before baking and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves and pepper. Transfer the chips to a plate with the melted Camembert and get dipping!
