Try something new with your roast this Sunday by making our air-fryer roast potatoes. Fry your potatoes with garlic cloves and fresh rosemary for some gorgeously golden and flavourful roasties. See method

Ingredients

  • 1kg King Edward potatoes, peeled and cut into 3cm
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary (optional)
  • 2-3 whole garlic cloves, unpeeled
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • large pinch of flaky sea salt
If you haven't got any King Edwards, try using Maris Piper potatoes

Method

1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the potatoes, return to the boil and cook for 8 mins. Drain well and return to the dry pan.

2. Preheat the air-fryer to 200°C.

3. Shake the pan to roughen the edges of the potatoes, then add the rosemary and garlic. Drizzle over the oil and sprinkle with salt, then shake to coat.

4. Tip into the air-fryer basket and cook for 18-20 mins, shaking after 10 mins, until golden brown at the edges. Serve hot.
